CCPIT Vice Chairman Yu Jianlong Attends the Opening Ceremony of the “Global Economic and Law-Based Governance” Course

The “Global Economic and Law-based Governance” course began at Renmin University of China (RUC) on February 20. Yu Jianlong, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and Wang Yi, Vice President of RUC, attended the event and addressed the audience.

Mr. Yu said that to fully implement the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress, the CCPIT and RUC continue to offer the “Global Economic and Law-Based Governance” course, which is committed to enhancing postgraduate students’ abilities and practical experience in global economic governance, as well as contributing to the cultivation of legal personnel with expertise in foreign-related matters.

The “Global Economic and Law-Based Governance” course is for the master’s degree program offered by RUC Law School for foreign-related lawyers and focuses on preventing and settling international commercial disputes. The first lesson was jointly presented by Prof. Yang Guohua from the School of Law at Tsinghua University, and Yu Min, Director General of the ICC China Secretariat.
