Department of Human Resources

(I)  Main responsibilities

The Department of Human Resources is responsible for:

- human resource management of the CCPIT, including formulating team building plans and human resources-related rules and regulations, and creating a sound and procedure-based appointment mechanism;

- human resource management and team building at the CCPIT in accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Civil Servants;

- leadership team building and guidance and supervision of human resource management of agencies directly under the CCPIT;

- personnel selection and team building of CCPIT overseas representative offices;

- management of the staffing plan, as well as training, commendation, salary, welfare, social insurance, professional title assessment, and talent recruitment; 

- reporting of the gross salary of entities directly affiliated to the CCPIT ;

- disciplinary supervision of officials;

- guidance for the work of the CCPIT Human Resource Service Center;

- other work assigned by the CCPIT leadership.

(II)    Divisions

Division of General Affairs, Division of Administrative Personnel, Division of Overseas Personnel, Division of Personnel of Directly-Affiliated Agencies, and Division of Personnel Supervision.
