On August 27-28, Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), visited Hubei Province for research, attending a work conference with Wang Zhonglin, Secretary of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. Both sides had in-depth exchange of views on promoting the integrated development of scientific and technological innovation with industrial innovation, accelerating the development of new quality productive forces, advancing high-level opening-up in Hubei and international cooperation in industrial and supply chains.

During his visit, Ren Hongbin attended a promotion event for the China International Supply Chain Expo and conducted research on local enterprises in Wuhan and Enshi.
