CCPIT Vice Chairman Chen Jian'an Leads Delegation to Visit Uzbekistan

From June 1 to 4 local time, Chen Jian'an, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), led a delegation to visit Uzbekistan to promote exchanges and cooperation between the business communities of China and Uzbekistan and advance bilateral economic and trade relations.

During the visit, Chen Jian'an attended the opening ceremony of the Second Chinese-Uzbek Interregional Forum and related events, including the China-Uzbekistan Commodity Exhibition. He delivered a speech at the China-Uzbekistan Economic, Trade and Investment Cooperation Forum, and met respectively with officials from Uzbekistan's counterpart institutions, including Rasulov Dilshod Ozodovich, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, and Dilshod, Chairman of the Samarkand Regional Department of Commerce and Industry Chamber. Chen focused on promoting China's latest economic development and opening-up initiatives. He engaged in in-depth discussions on strengthening collaboration under frameworks such as the China-Central Asia Business Council and the SCO Business Council, promoting practical trade and investment cooperation, and inviting Uzbek businesses to participate in the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE).

Additionally, the delegation held discussions with the Uzbek-China Chamber of Commerce and conducted research on the business operations of local Chinese-funded enterprises.
