On July 16, during the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), the “Link with Guizhou” Promotion Conference was held in Beijing. Attending the event were Chen Jian’an, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT); Cai Chaolin, Vice-Governor of Guizhou Province; Zhu Hongren, executive vice chairman and director general of China Enterprise Confederation/China Enterprise Directors Association; Donoue Takeo, Chairman of the Japan-China Economic Association; and Soraya Rodriguez, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of Plurinational State of Bolivia in the People’s Republic of China, among other Chinese and foreign guests.

Chen Jian’an stated that in recent years, Guizhou has actively applied digital-intelligent technologies and green technologies to accelerate the transformation of traditional industries toward higher-end, intelligent, and greener development. The construction of an inland economy with a new height of openness has continuously reached new milestones. The CCPIT will continue to support Guizhou’s social and economic development. Working alongside the Guizhou Provincial Government, CCPIT will develop high-quality platforms and provide comprehensive services that enable Chinese and foreign enterprises to participate in and support Guizhou’s social and economic development.

The event was hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Guizhou Sub-Council (Expo Affairs Bureau of Guizhou Province) and the Guizhou Chamber of International Commerce. More than 300 representatives from countries including Japan and Bolivia attended the conference.
