On November 27, the Promotional Event for the China Pavilion at the Expo 2025 Osaka was held in Beijing. Li Qingshuang, Vice Chairperson of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and Chief Government Representative for the China Pavilion at Osaka World Expo, Masayoshi Matsumoto, Chairman of the Kansai Economic Federation, TORII Shingo, Chairperson of the Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Akira Yokochi, Chief Minister of the Japanese Embassy in China, attended the event.
Li Qingshuang pointed out that Chinese government attached great importance to its participation in the Osaka World Expo. As the competent authority responsible for World Expo affairs in China, the CCPIT, and relevant departments, are advancing the preparations for the China Pavilion. With less than five months remaining until the Osaka World Expo commences, the preparation for the China Pavilion has been fully accelerated. China expects to work with the Japanese side to ensure a memorable Osaka World Expo with an outstanding display of the China Pavilion.
The event was hosted by the Kansai economic delegation visiting China. The Exhibition Management Department of the CCPIT presented a special introduction to the China Pavilion. Nearly 200 delegates from Chinese and Japanese economic and trade departments, cultural and tourism organisations participated in the conference.
