On September 16, Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), together with Lu Xinning, Member of the Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Committee of the Communist Party of China and Vice Chairperson of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, met in Nanning with the principal leaders of chambers of commerce and industry from the ten ASEAN countries.

Ren Hongbin stated that CCPIT attaches great importance to promoting trade and investment with ASEAN, and stands ready to work closely with the chambers of commerce and industry of the ten ASEAN countries to advance high-level dialogue, strengthen economic and trade cooperation, and promote regional economic integration. He emphasized making full use of platforms such as the China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit, the China International Supply Chain Expo, and the China-ASEAN Business Council to contribute to building a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future.

Li Qingshuang, Vice Chairperson of the CCPIT, accompanied Ren during the meeting.
