Yu Jianlong stated that innovation is the hallmark of CISCE and the very essence of its vitality. A new Innovation Chain Zone made its debut at this year’s CISCE, showcasing the entire transformation process of scientific and technological achievements—from fundamental research to technological development, industrial application, and market feedback. It vividly demonstrated the "transformation code" of how technological innovation drives high-quality industrial development while building a precise, smooth, and highly efficient supply-demand matching platform. He expressed hope that all parties would continue to promote scientific and technological progress through high-quality international exchanges and cooperation, stimulate innovation vitality with high-level intellectual property protection, accelerate the development of new quality productive forces through efficient achievement transformation, jointly safeguard the multilateral trading system, and ensure the stable and smooth flow of global industrial and supply chains.
The event was hosted by the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC), with the theme "Innovation-Driven · Linking the Future—Empowering New Quality Productive Forces Through Intellectual Property and Scientific and Technological Innovation." During the event, the CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center and the Beijing Intellectual Property Public Service Center jointly released the Guidelines for Responding to Non-Practicing Entity (NPE) Litigation. More than 300 representatives from global intellectual property organizations, multinational enterprises, scientific research institutions and law firms attended the on-site meeting.
