On April 24, Li Xingqian, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), met in Beijing with a delegation led by Nardos Bekele-Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of the African Union Development Agency-NEPAD (AUDA-NEPAD). The two sides held in-depth discussions on topics such as promoting the implementation of China’s 100% tariff-free offer for products from 53 African countries that have diplomatic ties with China to better benefit enterprises of both sides, enhancing exchanges between Chinese and African business communities, and strengthening industrial and supply chain cooperation.
