On September 9, the 12th China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverage Expo opened in Guiyang, Guizhou Province. Chen Jian'an, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
Chen Jian'an stated that Guizhou is a crucial production hub for Chinese liquor, and the Alcoholic Beverage Expo is a significant event for promoting international exchange and mutual learning in the global liquor industry, fostering cooperation, and driving innovative development. In recent years, CCPIT has worked closely with Guizhou to support poverty alleviation efforts and rural revitalization strategies. Both sides have signed strategic cooperation agreements and are cooperating extensively in areas such as foreign trade and economic cooperation, deepening international exchanges, and implementing rural revitalization strategies. This cooperation has actively contributed to the advancement of Guizhou as an inland open economy hub. CCPIT is willing to work with Guizhou Province to establish more platforms for business exchanges and cooperation, provide better services, and facilitate high-quality economic and social development in Guizhou.
This year's Alcoholic Beverage Expo is themed "Exhibiting World's Fine Alcoholic Beverages, Creating a Better Life." It features nine exhibition halls (zones) with a total exhibition area of approximately 100,000 square meters and the participation of around 1,600 exhibitors.
