In early October, production ran smoothly and orderly at the Huzhou Lingsheng Power production base of Zero Run Automobile in Zhejiang Province. Account managers from State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co Ltd paid an on-site revisit to inspect power supply lines and photovoltaic grid-connected facilities, delivering tailored energy optimization suggestions based on the factory's latest production load fluctuations.
Zero Run Automobile has positioned Huzhou as a core strategic base for its new energy vehicle and key component businesses. Located in Huzhou's South Taihu New District, Lingsheng Power Technology Co Ltd operates two major industrial projects: an annual production capacity of 900,000 new energy vehicle electric drive systems and 6.8 million sets of core auto parts. Boasting large-scale operation and robust production capability, the landmark project has been supported by full-cycle customized power services since its launch.
In April last year, when the Lingsheng Power base was still in the land leveling phase, State Grid account managers took the initiative to conduct on-site surveys. They precisely mapped the factory's production layout and electricity consumption schedule, rolling out a customized power access solution within the month.
To align with factory construction progress, the power supplier advanced external line works in parallel with plant development. Facing tight regional power grid resources, the company coordinated with local authorities to integrate six government-invested lines supporting the 110-kV Fukang Substation. By optimizing existing grid capacity and breaking power supply bottlenecks, the project's overall construction cycle was shortened from eight months to four months. The production lines were put into operation immediately upon factory completion, helping the enterprise seize a 100-million-yuan output value window.
After official commissioning, State Grid's high-quality services continued. The team actively conducted comprehensive energy efficiency diagnostics, proposed distributed photovoltaic development plans tailored to the factory's energy consumption features and rooftop resources, and provided full-process technical guidance for grid connection. The targeted support has helped the enterprise cut operational costs and reduce carbon emissions, upgrading the service model from basic power guarantee to refined energy efficiency management and low-carbon empowerment.
The successful delivery of services for the Zero Run project epitomizes State Grid Zhejiang Power's efforts to refine its customer service system for emerging businesses. In Huzhou, the company has piloted an innovative four-dimensional service mechanism featuring dynamic customer grouping, intelligent demand insight, proactive service engagement, and iterative optimization based on customer feedback.
The mechanism focuses on four core objectives: precise customer segmentation, in-depth demand analysis, forward-looking service delivery, and data-driven service upgrading.
"By classifying customers and leveraging intelligent prediction tools, we can match exclusive resources and policy support with the core demands of different client groups," explained Jiang Zhong, head of the New Customer Relations Team at State Grid Huzhou Power Supply Company.
Huzhou's power authority categorizes users into segmented groups covering key industrial clients, high-tech enterprises, export-oriented manufacturers, small and medium-sized businesses, livelihood-related sectors, and photovoltaic and energy storage projects. Each group is further divided based on differentiated needs, including rapid production commissioning requirements, voltage stability demands, and energy storage development potential.
With dedicated personnel tracking each project, customer services have achieved a comprehensive upgrade: shifting from passive complaint handling to proactive preemptive services, from phased response to full-cycle empowerment, and from basic operational guarantee to in-depth value co-creation with enterprises.
