From May 15 to 16, the Heilongjiang Tour for Foreign-Invested Corporations was held in Heilongjiang Province. Xu Qin, secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Committee of Heilongjiang Province; Liang Huiling, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and Governor of Heilongjiang Province., and Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), jointly met with representatives from foreign-invested enterprises, relevant business associations and other institutions. The CCPIT and the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province co-organized the Government-Business Dialogue with Foreign-invested Corporations in Harbin. Ren Hongbin and Liang Huiling attended and addressed the event. Representatives from foreign-invested enterprises and relevant institutions delivered speeches, and relevant departments of Heilongjiang Province responded on-site. Leaders of Heilongjiang Province, including Xu Xiangguo and Han Shengjian, attended the relevant event. Representatives of foreign-invested enterprises and relevant institutions visited Harbin and other places for research, conducted business discussions, exchanges, and other activities.

The tour is the second stop of the Local Tour series of activities designed for foreign businesses by the CCPIT this year. It is a pragmatic measure taken by the CCPIT to thoroughly implement the spirit of the important speech delivered by Xi Jinping when meeting with representatives of the international business community on March 28, strengthen services for foreign-funded enterprises, and facilitate high-quality development and high-standard opening-up in Heilongjiang Province.
