Nie Wenhui stated that the Outline of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan has designated new energy and intelligent connected NEVs as strategic emerging industries. As one of the first national ecological civilization pilot zones, Fujian has continuously cultivated the new energy industry, forming a fully supportive upstream and downstream ecosystem across the entire lithium battery and energy storage industry chains. The CCPIT will continue to deepen its strategic cooperation with the People's Government of Fujian Province, helping Fujian's new energy industry better integrate into global industrial and supply chains.

Yu Liwei, Deputy Director General of the Department of Commerce of Fujian Province, delivered a promotional presentation on Fujian’s business environment and investment opportunities in the new energy industry. Brunp Recycling of CATL and Ningde Contemporary Electric Technology shared their practical experiences of growing alongside CATL, showcasing Fujian's excellent industrial ecosystem driven by leading enterprises and collaborative chain symbiosis. The Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Ningde Municipality, the Minhou Qingkou Automotive Industrial Park in Fuzhou, and the Xiamen Investment Promotion Center delivered promotions focused on the competitive advantages of the NEV sector and the partnership opportunities for extending and strengthening the energy storage supply chain. The Italian General Confederation of Transport and Logistics (Confetra) carried out a thematic exchange centered on the construction of the China-Europe logistics corridor. Both Chinese and foreign guests spoke highly of Fujian's investment climate, industrial ecosystem, and practical case studies.

During the project signing session, the CCPIT Fujian Sub-Council and Confetra signed an MoU on China-Italy Cross-border E-commerce Cooperation, alongside the signing of 5 new energy industry projects with an intended investment exceeding 4 billion RMB.

Jointly hosted by the Fujian Provincial Department of Commerce (the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Investment Promotion) and the CCPIT Fujian Sub-Council, the event brought together over 180 participants, including representatives from Fortune Global 500 companies, multinational corporations, CISCE exhibitors, and renowned overseas business associations, alongside officials from relevant provincial departments, investment promotion agencies of various municipalities, sub-councils of CCPIT, and key industrial parks.
