On July 19, 2025, during the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), the Election Conference and Plenary Session of the Third Culture and Tourism Industry Working Committee of CCOIC was held in Beijing. Nie Wenhui, Vice Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Chen Xiansen, District Mayor of Dongcheng District People's Government of Beijing Municipality, and Xiao Huijun, Honorary President and Executive Vice President of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in China (HKCCC), attended and addressed the event. Pansy Ho Chiu-king, a member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC National Committee and Executive Chairman and Managing Director of Shun Tak Holdings, delivered a speech as well.

In his speech, Nie Wenhui affirmed the achievements made by the Culture and Tourism Industry Working Committee, and also expected that the committee would leverage its strengths, utilize resources from all parties, establish more platforms to elevate its work to new heights, and strive to become an executor of policies, a driver of industrial innovation, a service provider for enterprise development, a bridge for international cooperation, and a leader in industry self-regulation.

Wang Bo, Chairman of the Culture and Tourism Industry Working Committee of CCOIC and Chairman of Poly Culture Group, delivered a work report during the event. A list of the new chair, vice-chair, and standing committee member units was deliberated and approved. Poly Culture Group was elected as the chair unit of the 3rd Culture and Tourism Industry Working Committee, while China Arts and Entertainment Group, China International Television Corporation, Shun Tak Holdings, China Tourism Group Travel Services Co., Ltd., Beijing Performance & Arts Group, Beijing Shouwenke Cultural and Creative Properties Co., Ltd., and Beijing Honav Group, etc. were elected as vice-chair units thereof.

Representatives from the chair, vice-chair and standing committee units and member enterprises of the Culture and Tourism Industry Working Committee, as well as specially invited guests, attended the event.
