The opening ceremony of the 10th China Entrepreneurs Development Annual Conference was held in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian Province on the morning of May 18. Chen Jian’an, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Chen Jian’an said that the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has provided fundamental guidance and direction for Chinese path to modernization. Enterprises constitute a significant joint force in increasing national strength. He expressed his hope that Chinese entrepreneurs could foster an in-depth understanding of the core meaning and essential requirements of Chinese modernization, enhance their innovative capabilities, commit to green development, broaden their international vision, fulfill their social responsibilities, actively participate in the great practice of Chinese modernization, and achieve high-quality development in this new journey. To help entrepreneurs seize market, investment, and growth opportunities, the CCPIT will give full play to its unique advantages of connecting governments and enterprises, domestic and foreign markets, and supply and demand sides, and work to build more platforms.

The conference, with the theme of “Contribute Entrepreneurial Power to Chinese Path to Modernization,” welcomed over 1,000 people from political, business and academic communities at home and abroad.
