From July 29 to 30, Li Xingqian, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), conducted an inspection tour of the Council’s targeted assistance work in Lindian County, Heilongjiang Province. He reviewed the implementation of CCPIT’s targeted assistance projects in Hongwei village and Xinmin village, visited CPC veterans who live in difficulties, local officials, and officials who serve temporary positions in the local government, and attended a foreign-funded enterprises donation event. During the event, Qualcomm joined hands with the Chinese Red Cross Foundation to donate 50 mobile terminal devices to community-level medical institutions in Lindian County and provided relevant training. Intel China announced the donation of 40 computers to township primary schools in the County for developing digitalized classrooms.
