Ren Hongbin Meets with South African Deputy President Paul Mashatile and Other International Delegations Ahead of 3rd CISCE

On July 15, Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), met in Beijing with high-level international political and business delegations attending the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE). The delegations were led by distinguished guests including Paul Shipokosa Mashatile, Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa; Ekachat Seetavorarat, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce of Thailand; Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment; John W.H. Denton, Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC); Dimitri Kerkentzes, Secretary-General of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE); Jennifer Jordan-Saifi, CEO of the Sustainable Markets Initiative (SMI); and Enrique Lores, President and CEO of HP Inc. They held discussions on topics such as advancing international cooperation on industrial and supply chains, strengthening institutional exchanges, fostering closer ties between business communities, and supporting the development of foreign-invested enterprises in China.

Hosted by CCPIT and organized by the China International Exhibition Center Group (CIEC Group), the 3rd CISCE is scheduled on July 16 to 20, 2025, at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue) in Beijing. Themed “Connecting the World for a Shared Future,” this year’s Expo has attracted over 170 overseas delegations for visits and exchanges – a 120% increase compared to the previous edition.
