On July 16 and 21, Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), conducted research tours in Beijing's Fangshan and Shijingshan Districts for field research. He visited Zhongguancun Emerging Industry Frontier Technology Research Institute, Humanoid Robot Data Training Center, and other relevant enterprises and hubs, to learn about the R&D of frontier technologies and the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements in such areas as green energy storage, advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, and the science fiction and digital industries. Ren also had in-depth exchange of views on promoting global expansion of high-end, precision, and sophisticated industries, deepening collaborative innovation of government, industry, academia, research and application, and enhancing the international competitiveness of enterprises. Senior officials from the CCPIT Beijing Sub-council, Fangshan and Shijingshan Districts, participated in the research activities.
