On September 27, the Department of Industry Promotion of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), and the U.S. Commercial Service China jointly held the China-U.S. Low-Carbon Building and Renovation Project Exchange Meeting in Chongqing. More than 100 relevant Chinese and U.S. institutions and enterprises attended the meeting.

At the meeting, representatives from U.S. well-known enterprises and China low-carbon building enterprises, including Huntsman, Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M Company), Musco Lighting, and Otis, respectively introduced their business requirements, product advantages, and successful cases of China-U.S. enterprise cooperation, and carried out exchanges on the green low- carbon building related market development and business cooperation.

This exchange meeting is one of the activities under the 2024 U.S.-China Commercial Match-Making Program (CMP), which aims to actively promote practical exchanges and match-making cooperation between Chinese and U.S. enterprises in the field of green and low-carbon building.
