Liu Jiannan stated that this year marks the first year of China’s 15th Five-Year Plan period, and empowering high-quality development through the rule of law is the common aspiration of the business and legal communities. This Dialogue Conference responds to the needs of regional economic and trade development and has built an important platform for exchange to address legal service challenges in cross-border cooperation. The CCPIT and the ICDPASO are ready to strengthen full-chain services, improve the one-stop dispute resolution mechanism, and refine long-term safeguards, so as to contribute to the high-quality development of the Silk Road Economic Belt.

With the theme “Integrating Law and Business for Diversified Dispute Resolution: Building a New Dispute Resolution Ecosystem for the Silk Road Economic Belt,” the Dialogue Conference was hosted by the ICDPASO and organized by CCPIT Xinjiang. More than 180 participants from domestic and overseas business associations, legal service institutions, enterprises, and other sectors attended on site.
