On September 27, during the Global Business and Law Conference 2024, Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), met with Marcelo Vázquez-Bermúdez, Chairman of the United Nations International Law Commission, Maria Chiara MALAGUTI, President of the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, and Shoichi OKUYAMA, President of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, to promote the guiding principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. They exchanged views on making international economic and trade rules, strengthening international exchanges and cooperation on the rule of law, and providing better service to Chinese and foreign enterprises.
