On November 16th, Starbucks China Coffee Innovation Park Groundbreaking Ceremony was held in Kunshan, Jiangsu. Chen Jian’an, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), attended and addressed the ceremony.

Chen Jian’an said that Premier Li Keqiang sent a letter of congratulation on the signing ceremony of Starbucks China Coffee Innovation Park Project in March this year. Over the past eight months, the project has advanced rapidly and made important progress. During the 14th Five-year Plan period, China will implement the new development philosophy, promote high-quality development and accelerate the fostering of a new development paradigm. Foreign-funded enterprises will enjoy increasingly better developing prospects in China. CCPIT would like to work with all parties to provide better platforms for exchanges and cooperation between domestic and foreign enterprises and to offer more supports for the development of foreign-funded enterprises in China.

Starbucks China Coffee Innovation Park covers a total area of about 80,000 square meters and will be an emerging industrial park driven by green technology and leading the sustainable development in the future.
