On September 8th, the Blockchain + Innovative Services and Industrial Application Conference and the Inaugural Meeting of CCOIC Blockchain Innovative Services Committee was held in Beijing during the 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS). Ke Liangdong, Vice Chairman of the CCPIT, attended and addressed the conference.

Vice Chairman Ke Liangdong pointed out that the new wave of the scientific, technological, and industrial revolution was restructuring the global innovation domain and reshaping the world’s economic structure. Blockchain, as one of the representative forces in this revolution, is creating a more subversive and transformative internet era. CCPIT will enhance fundamental researches, use well the mechanism platform, provide better services for enterprises, and promote, together with all related parties, the innovation and development of blockchain technologies to inject new impetus to the high-quality development of the digital economy, said Ke.

The conference was hosted by the CCPIT, and co-organized by the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) and the China Association of Trade in Services (CATIS). About 200 representatives from the Digital Asset Research Center of the Investment Association of China, the first batch member organizations of the CCOIC Blockchain Innovative Services Committee and business associations, as well as relevant experts and scholars were also in attendance.
