CCPIT Department of International Relations and Commercial Certification Center convened the 2nd CCPIT Overseas Representative Offices’ Webinar on April 2 and 3 to strengthen the communication between CCPIT overseas representative offices and its departments and agencies, promote these offices to provide enterprises with more professional, targeted and global standard services, and encourage them to fully participate in efforts to stabilize foreign trade and foreign investment. More than 100 staff from these offices attended the webinar.

At the webinar, the situation and effectiveness of force majeure certificates issued by the Commercial Certification Center to help companies counteract the COVID-19 outbreak were reported, policies, regulations and certification requirements regarding the export of medical equipment were introduced and suggestions on how overseas representative offices can better support Chinese enterprises in resuming work and production and smooth the operation of foreign trade industrial chain and supply chain were put forward.

Participating overseas representative offices discussed on how to assist the export certification of medical devices and promote CCPIT’s commercial certification service to benefit more enterprises.
