Singapore Business Federation Supports China’s Fight Against the Epidemic

Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation Teo Siong Seng recently sent a letter to the CCPIT to express his support for China's efforts to combat the outbreak of COVID-19.

Teo Siong Seng noted that the Chinese government has taken strong measures to stop the spread of the epidemic to the rest of the world. The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) expressed its admiration for the front-line workers who have remained on duty. On the premise of safeguarding the safety and health of the people in the region, the SBF wishes to join hands with the Singapore business community, together with China and ASEAN countries, to support business operations, maintain bilateral trade, stabilize the economy and win the war against the virus.

The Singapore Business Federation is Singapore’s largest business association with more than 15,000 member companies, including small and medium-sized businesses, listed companies and multinational enterprises. SBF aims at safeguarding the interests of Singapore’s business community in trade, investment and trade relations, building bridges between the government and business sectors, helping create a more favorable business environment and facilitating Singapore’s business community to strengthen international cooperation.
