New Zealand China Trade Association (NZCTA) Chairperson Martin Thomson sent a letter to CCPIT and CCOIC Chairperson Gao Yan on February 17, expressing regards to Gao Yan and all the CCPIT staff.

“I believe measures taken by the Chinese government will be commended by all parties, and I hope these measures, together with the effort made by other countries, would contain the spread of the epidemic. I think the outlook would seem more positive over the next month,” said Martin Thomson.

The New Zealand China Trade Association (NZCTA), established in 1981, is composed of members including international trade companies, shipping and freight companies, financial institutions and legal firms. With the aim of strengthening the bilateral trade relations between China and New Zealand, NZCTA is committed to exploring trade opportunities between the two countries, bringing together enterprises eager to carry out business cooperation, organizing group visits, and helping its members to obtain business information.
