The Trade Exhibition of the People’s Republic of China was held in San Salvador, capital of El Salvador from December 20 through 23, offering opportunities for Chinese companies in El Salvador and Central America.

Covering a total area of 3,000 square meters, the exhibition invited numerous renowned Chinese domestic enterprises to showcase their latest products, technologies and services in machinery, electronics, transportation, environment protection, energy, smart wearable, consumer products and other fields.

CCPIT Vice Chairman Zhang Shenfeng said, “Chinese enterprises attach great importance to the market in El Salvador and Central America. They are eager to carry out cooperation with El Salvador’s business community, learn more about each other through the exhibition and achieve practical results.”

China's Ambassador to El Salvador Ou Jianhong said, “Chinese enterprises will import more high-quality products and services from El Salvador and around the world in accordance with market and commercial principles, meet the trend of consumption upgrading in China and serve market needs.”

The exhibition is hosted by CCPIT, co-organized by China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC), and Salvadoran Friendship Association with China. It is the sixth Trade Exhibition of the People’s Republic of China in San Salvador since 2010.
