China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Chairperson Gao Yan met in Beijing with Dang Minh Khoi, Ambassador of Vietnam to China on August 26. The two sides exchanged views on promoting China-Vietnam economic and trade cooperation and B2B match-making.

Gao Yan said that China and Vietnam are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers, and the two countries    are important economy and trade partners to each other. Both sides have deepened cooperation and foster the B&R match-making with Vietnam’s "Two Corridors One Circle" strategy, thus, the bilateral economic and trade cooperation has developed rapidly. CCPIT together with Embassy of Vietnam in China, Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce & Industry and other counterparts dedicated to support each other in bilateral economy and trade, Lancang-Mekong Cooperation and APEC.

Dang Minh Khoi thanked CCPIT for its strong support to the work of Embassy of Vietnam to China.

“I hope to continue to cooperate with CCPIT to co-organize various economic and trade events, such as cooperation in training and exhibitions in the future. We hope CCPIT could organize more delegation groups to Vietnam for B2B match-making, as well as facilitate Vietnamese enterprises to participate in exhibitions in China. Together we will jointly boost China-Vietnam economic and trade relations,” added Dang.
