A road show on China’s participation in Expo 2020 Dubai was held in Guangzhou on August 24. Zhang Shenfeng, Vice Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), who is also the General Commissioner of China Pavilion in the Expo 2020 Dubai attended and addressed the road show.

Zhang Shenfeng said, Expo 2020 Dubai has been an important platform for China to promote the Belt and Road construction. Through extensive exhibitions and well-organized events, China has been actively promoting BRI and all-round cooperation with the B&R countries.

“Hosting this road show during the Guangdong 21st Century Maritime Silk Road International Expo fully demonstrated China’s good intentions and firm confidence in taking Expo 2020 Dubai as an opportunity to boost Belt and Road construction with high quality.

Zhang Shenfeng issued the certificate to He Jingtang, General Consultant of Design of the China Pavilion, and licensed the cooperation media and sponsors of the China Pavilion during the show, Wen Guohui, Mayor of Guangzhou City, Rhama Alshamsi, General Consul of the United Arab Emirates in Guangzhou, and about 180 delegates of Chinese and foreign enterprises, cooperation units of Expo 2020 Dubai and the China Pavilion, Consulate General of relevant countries in Guangzhou were in attendance.
