CCPIT Vice Chairman Chen Zhou met with Japanese delegation of Kansai Economic Federation

Vice Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Chen Zhou met with Japanese delegation of Kansai Economic Federation in Beijing on July 16. The two sides exchanged views on further deepening cooperation between Chinese enterprises and business community of Kansai region, and enhancing the third-party market cooperation between China and Japan.

Chen Zhou noted, Kansai region is an important economic hub in Western Japan and occupies an important proportion in trade with China.

“CCPIT has maintained long-term relations with Kansai Economic Federation and we are willing to further strengthen cooperation. From the perspectives of trade and investment promotion and commercial legal services, we could promote the match-making between Chinese enterprises, especially those from western part of China, with enterprises in Kansai region in Japan, and support the cooperation between the two sides in the third-party market,” added Chen.

Masayuki Matsushita, Vice Chairman of Kansai Economic Federation, noted that the business community of Kansai region has always been friendly with China, and always supports Japan-China relations. Kansai Economic Federation has held five consecutive Japan-China business exchanges, which devotes to promoting the exchange and match-making between enterprises in Kansai region and China. Kansai Economic Federation is willing to further strengthen cooperation with CCPIT to help enterprises of both sides achieve progress.
