CCPIT Vice Chairman Zhang Shenfeng met with Ivan Barbaric, Vice President of Croatian Chamber of Economy (CCE), and Krzysztof Senger, Vice President of Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIiH), in Dubrovnik on April 11.
They exchanged views on the preparation for the 5th Meeting of the China-CEEC Business Council, on strengthening the building of the China-CEEC Business Council and enhancing institutional cooperation between the two sides, and on promoting the development of trade and economic relations between China, Croatia and Poland.
Zhang Shenfeng conveyed his gratitude to CCE and PAIiH for their strong supports in the preparation of the 5th Meeting of the China-CEEC Business Council. Zhang hoped to jointly make the China-CEEC Business Council grow further and become an effective platform for promoting "16+1" practical economic and trade cooperation; to work together to expand trade and investment promotion platforms, strengthen commercial legal services, provide more support to the business of both sides, and promote the in-depth development of economic and trade relations between China, Croatia and Poland.
Barbaric stressed, under the guidance of the "16+1 Cooperation", Croatia-China trade volume has increased substantially and important breakthroughs have been made in cooperation on major projects. Croatia is willing to further deepen economic and trade cooperation with China.
Krzysztof said that he hopes to promote exchanges and cooperation with the CCPIT to provide more and better services for numerous enterprises looking to explore each other's markets, especially small and medium-sized ones.
