Enterprise Compliance Management Seminar and Experience Exchange Meeting was held in Beijing on May 8. The Seminar was hosted by the China Enterprise Compliance Committee of the CCPIT, and about 120 business representatives attended the meeting. CCPIT Vice Chairman Lu Pengqi, Standing Vice Chairman of the China Enterprise Confederation Zhu Hongren attended and addressed the meeting.

Lu Pengqi said, to strengthen compliance management is the foundation of sustainable development of enterprises. Scientific compliance management can help enterprises improve management efficiency and reduce operation costs and risks. As an integral part of the market economy, enterprises shall establish compliance development belief and cultivate compliance culture.

Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Capital and Overseas Investment of the NDRC Wu Hongliang, Inspector and Deputy Director of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council Xiao Fuquan and Director of the Policy Division of the Department of Outward Investment and Economic Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce Cao Yawei, offered policy interpretation about the Guidelines on Compliance Management of Enterprises’ Overseas Operation, Guidelines on Compliance Management for Centrally-Administered Enterprises (trial), Implementation Rules for Reporting on the Registration (Approval) of Outward Investment (Draft for Comment) and other documents.
