The first CAAL Seminar on Arbitration Law of China was held in March 25 in Beijing. Lu Pengqi, Vice Chairman of CCPIT and President of China Academy of Arbitration Law(CAAL) attended the seminar and made remarks.
Lu pointed out the significance of revising the Arbitration Law and recognized the constructive role of the seminar. He also expressed gratitude to all experts for their participation and contribution to the revision of the Arbitration Law.
Hosted by China Academy of Arbitration Law(CAAL), the seminar was organized by the Legal Affairs Department of CCPIT and the Research Department of China Law Society, undertaken by China Maritime Arbitration Commission and Arbitration Committee of ICC China National Committee and assisted by Legal Daily. The seminar was attended by more than 30 experts from the arbitration academia, the judiciary community and the law practitioners’ community.
