China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Qatar Free Zones and Qatar National Tourism Council respectively in Beijing on January 31.

The MoUs were signed between CCPIT Chairperson Gao Yan and Qatar’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and Qatar’s Minister of Finance Ali Sharif Al Emadi respectively. The signing of the MoUs was witnessed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani who paid his state visit to China on January 30 to 31.

According to the two MoUs, CCPIT will further cooperation with Qatar Free Zones as well as with Qatar National Tourism Council in promoting the exhibition industry.
