The Annual Conference of China Academy of Arbitration Law & 11th Arbitration and Judicial Forum were held in Wuhan from November 16-18th. The forum was hosted by China Academy of Arbitration Law (CAAL) and assisted by Wuhan Arbitration Commission. CCPIT Vice Chairman and CAAL President Lu Pengqi attended and made remarks at the event.

Lu Pengqi noted, CAAL must have an in-depth and accurate understanding of the changes to the environment CAAL is by studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristic for a New Era. He called for more efforts to be done in researching on arbitration laws and drawing on past experiences and practices to enhance the improvement and reform of the CAAL system and creating an arbitration law talent reservoir by increasing the motivation and initiative of relevant researchers.

The event was attended by about 500 arbitration law researchers and practitioners.
