CCPIT Vice Chairman Yin Zonghua Attended China-Australia Belt and Road Forum for Cooperation in Mining, Energy and Infrastructure Construction

The China-Australia Belt and Road Forum for Cooperation in Mining, Energy and Infrastructure Construction was held by CCPIT and China-Australia Belt and Road Industrial Cooperation Center in Beijing on October 27. CCPIT Vice Chairman Yin Zonghua and former Australian Minister for Trade and Investment Andrew Rob attended and addressed the forum. The forum was attended by over 50 companies from China and Australia.

Yin Zonghua said, economic and trade cooperation is the cornerstone and propeller of China-Australian relations, and CCPIT is willing to work with relevant Australian agencies to contribute to the deepening of China-Australian bilateral relationship and cooperation between companies of both sides.

Andrew Rob noted, China and Australia enjoys a solid foundation for cooperation. He hopes that both sides can continue to work to increase economic and trade exchange for win-win development.

Participants had discussions on cooperation opportunities and modes under the “Belt and Road” framework at the forum and shared experience and respective advantages.
