China Corporate Compliance Promotion Alliance (CCCPA) under the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) was established in Beijing on May 4.

CCPIT Chairman Jiang Zengwei noted, strengthening compliance management is a consensus for the global enterprise development. It is also essential in the business risk prevention, enhancing credibility and achieving sustainable development. The establishment of China Corporate Compliance Promotion Alliance (CCCPA) complies with the needs of development of enterprise compliance and international management. The Committee’s concept is to advocate enterprises compliance, promote the construction of enterprise compliance management system, improve compliance legal services, strengthen talent building and foster international cooperation, which will play an important role in the Belt and Road construction, assisting Chinese enterprises to “go global” and conduct multinational operation.

Executive Vice Chairman of China Enterprise Confederation (CEC) Zhu Hongren analyzed enterprises’ experiences and lessons of international compliance management. He suggested making more efforts in the reform of global governance system, and participating in the formulation of international rules and regulations.

“Chinese enterprises shall be aware that they need to observe the international rules and relevant regulations before the international competition,” added Zhu.

The Conference also issued China Corporate Compliance Proposal, which calls on the integrity and compliance of business management to maintain a fair and transparent international competition environment, safeguard staff’s rights, health and security, treat all suppliers equally, promote the compliance of supply chains and build a sustainable value chain system.

CCCPA was co-founded by CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center, CEC and Beijing New-Century Academy on Transnational Corporation (TNC) to promote the mechanism of enterprise compliance. The Committee aims to draw attention at home and abroad to support origination and individual that have compliance management, and also aims to learn the international experience of compliance management to foster the world-class enterprises.
