CCPIT to foster cooperation with chambers of commerce of all countries in trade & investment promotion

A senior official from China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), China’s largest trade promotion agency, said that the agency will further cooperation with chambers of commerce and industry of all countries to promote bilateral or multilateral trade and investment.

CCPIT Vice Chairman Zhang Wei made the remarks at a recent work meeting for foreign chambers of commerce and industry in Beijing. Zhang said, the cooperation includes jointly hosting business events, briefing key projects for enterprises, fostering exchange of visits of business delegations, etc.

Chambers of commerce of all countries are also welcomed to support and participate in exhibitions, forums, international conferences, and business match-making meetings hosted by CCPIT in 2018.

Delegates from 16 chambers of commerce from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, the United States, Canada, Japan, the Republic of Korea as well as Chinese Hong Kong attended the work meeting.
