From July 10 to 11, Yu Jianlong, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), led a delegation to Geneva, Switzerland.

During the visit, Yu Jianlong was invited to attend the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Global Awards ceremony. As a member of the international jury, he participated in the roundtable forum and delivered remarks. During the event, Yu Jianlong respectively met with WIPO Director General Daren Tang and Deputy Director General Binying Wang. He also attended and spoke at the WIPO Global Awards expert seminar on “Synergy between Intellectual Property Strategies and Corporate Objectives”.

While in Switzerland, Yu Jianlong held discussions with representatives from the Romandie Chapter of the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce(SCCC), inspected the operations of the CCPIT Representative Office in Switzerland, and paid a visit to the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD).
