On November 26, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and People's Government of Beijing Municipality signed Memorandum on Deepening Cooperation in Beijing. Ren Hongbin, Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Leadership Group and Chairman of the CCPIT, and Yin Yong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and and Mayor of Beijing, attended the signing ceremony and signed the memorandum.

In the next step, the two sides will carry out practical cooperation in the areas of promoting international economic and trade cooperation, advancing the construction of multi-bilateral and  bilateral cooperation mechanisms, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the exhibition economy, strengthening commercial legal services, promoting the construction of application-oriented think tanks, and strengthening the construction of trade promotion institutions.
