On the morning of July 17, the Beijing-Anhui Promotion on Supply Chain 2025 was successfully convened during the 3rd China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE). Chen Jian’an, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), Yu Jun, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, and Li Zhong, Vice Governor of Anhui Province, attended and delivered remarks.

Chen noted that brought together through the “Supply Chain”, Beijing and Anhui Province have joined hands and innovatively held this specialized promotion event, making it both the first provincial-municipal matchmaking event during the 3rd CISCE and the inaugural supply chain-focused collaboration between the two regions. This initiative would effectively drive the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the Yangtze River Delta regions to better serve as engines of high-quality development. As “Beijing Innovation” converges with “Made in Anhui”, it will bridge the innovation and industrial chains, overcoming the “last mile” challenge in sci-tech innovation, and charting a new chapter in coordinated regional development.

Hosted by CCPIT Beijing Sub-council, the promotion event attracted over 500 representatives from Chinese and international governments and enterprises.
