On December 4, Liu Jiannan, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), met in Beijing with Paata Kalandadze, Georgian Ambassador to China, to exchange views on promoting China–Georgia trade and investment cooperation and advancing the construction of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route.

On the same day, Liu also met with She Duanzhi, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs of Walmart China, to discuss better serving foreign-invested enterprises in their development in China and strengthening international cooperation in industrial and supply chains.
