On January 19, Ren Hongbin, Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), met with a delegation led by Bernardo Larrain, President of Chile CMPC (Compañía Manufacturera de Papeles y Cartones) in Beijing. The two sides exchanged views on issues including strengthening exchanges between the Chinese and Chilean business communities, participating in APEC business community series activities, and deepening international cooperation in industrial and supply chains.
