On November 7th, the China Conference on High-quality Development of Inspection and Testing and the 14th Five-Year Plan was held successfully during the Third China International Import Expo. Zhang Shenfeng, Vice Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), attended the conference and delivered speeches.
Zhang Shenfeng noted in his speech that inspection and testing is not only an internationally recognized National Quality Infrastructure (NQI) which supports the sustainable development of economy and trade, but also an internationally accepted tool for quality control and trade facilitation. The high-quality inspection and testing forged mutual trust and convenience among China and other countries, enabling them to jointly promote the secure, balanced and sustainable growth of global trade.
This conference was hosted by the CCPIT and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR), and organized by the Chinese Certification and Accreditation Institute (CCAI) of the SAMR, and the Trade Promotion Center of the CCPIT, attracting attendees including prominent experts in relevant fields, and more than 100 representatives from local market regulation departments, inspection and testing institutions, and the trade in services.
